Overview

Macrobond is one of the most powerful economic and financial analytics platforms in the world—but almost no one in the US had heard of it.

We partnered with their leadership team to change that. What began as a rebrand turned into a company-wide transformation: brand identity, full-site rebuild, product positioning, global video campaigns, sales enablement, motion system, and more.


Challenge

How do you introduce a Scandinavian-born data powerhouse to a U.S. audience during a moment when trusted data is at a critical crossroads?

Macrobond was already essential to analysts, strategists, and central banks across Europe. But in the U.S., it was largely unknown. To expand their presence, we needed more than just a rebrand—we had to reframe the entire value proposition.

As the creative director, I led the visual identity, brand platform, messaging, and campaign storytelling across every phase—from pitch to rollout. Working across design, video, UX, and content teams in NYC, Malmo, and London.

Logo + Brand System

I evolved the Macrobond identity into a modern, modular system that works across everything: from investor decks to Instagram, keynote stages to spreadsheets.

Video Series

To bring the brand to life, we created a series of testimonial films featuring real economists and Macrobond leaders. Part of the challenge was capturing subjects in different locations, while trying to maintain a single visual narrative. The solution was shooting on an LED soundstage and using the screen as a sort of portal between locations.
