Problem

Amazon needed to recruit both future employees and independent sellers. Two audiences with different motivations, but one shared goal: growth.

Employee messaging needed to highlight career mobility, skills training, and healthcare benefits starting on day one (for $5 /week!). Merchant messaging needed to spotlight entrepreneurship and the success of independent businesses selling through Amazon.

Traditional production methods would have limited speed and flexibility—requiring multiple locations, set builds, and extended timelines.

Amazon needed a production approach that could move faster, adapt quickly, and support multiple creative variations without sacrificing quality.

Solution

We used a hybrid production model built around live-action talent on a sound-stage, embedded into generative worlds, allowing stories to evolve without rebuilding physical sets.

Live-action performances were filmed on green screen, creating a stable visual anchor.

Then environments, props, and VFX were made digitally. This allowed rapid experimentation across different settings and scenarios.

We tested backgrounds, props, lighting, and storytelling narratives on the fly.

Iteration became a superpower.

Impact

The hybrid production workflow enabled faster iteration and greater creative flexibility, allowing the clients and creative team to explore multiple visual directions in real-time.

Environment and prop variations extended the lifespan of each filmed performance, increasing output efficiency while maintaining visual diversity across campaign assets.

More importantly, the campaign demonstrated a scalable production model—one capable of supporting modern recruitment needs while delivering cinematic storytelling at AI speed.
